You earn U.S. university credit and/or credits which are transferable to your home university.
USAC is a consortium of U.S. universities: non-profit, we know how university processes work and how to work with them, we are "them".
USAC programs and offices are located on overseas university campuses.
USAC is a one-stop shop offering you housing, academics, field trips, internships, field study courses and more; from the point you apply, your arrival and stay, to your transcript upon return.
USAC provides opportunities to get involved and interact with locals including students from your host country.
USAC offers diversity in and out of the classroom; alumni hail from more than 700 universities worldwide; sitting in class and traveling with students from all over the U.S. as well as countries like Australia, Sweden, Spain, Germany, China, Japan, New Zealand and more.
USAC Resident Directors are dedicated exclusively to you and conduct your orientation, assist with housing and provide support in your adjusting to a new culture.
USAC has been providing study abroad programs for more than 25 years with continuously high recommendation rates.
USAC offers entry level (no previous language experience) through advanced level language courses.
USAC program lengths range from summer (3-6 weeks), semester and yearlong; discounts are available for returning students.
USAC programs are affordable.
USAC awarded $250,000 in scholarships last year.
You can use your financial aid and other scholarships toward USAC programs.
