Hiroshima, Japan

If you are interested in becoming fluent and want to experience as much of the culture as possible, I recommend this program. The only thing I would have re-done is staying for a year instead of just a semester.

Residence Hall

The residence hall is a short walk from campus in a beautiful, naturally wooded area. Each furnished room has a telephone, air conditioning, and private toilet and washbasin. Kitchens, showers, and coin-operated washers and dryers are shared. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerators and gas-ranges but residents will need to bring or purchase kitchen utensils. Each floor has a common lounge that can be used for socializing and relaxing. Housing fees are government-supported and extremely affordable.
