August 28 Courses begin
Early September Henna party
Mid-September Optional group volunteer outing to local paper recycling plant
September 9 - 10 Field trip—Hampi
Mid-October Optional group volunteer outing to local tutoring center
Mid-November Optional group volunteer outing to local village
December 8 Courses end
December 11 - 12 Final examinations
December 12 Program end date (if not on the optional tour)
December 13 Move out of housing (all students)
Open return Students establish own date of return (if not on optional tour)
December 13 - 17 Optional Northern India Tour
December 17 Late evening departure (after 8 pm) from Delhi (if on optional tour)

USAC reserves the right to make adjustments to fees or deadlines at any time. If a program fills earlier than anticipated, USAC may move up the position hold payment deadline date to secure students’ placement in the program.
