Billing and Payment Schedule

Please check your USAC Student Gateway account frequently for updated transactions posted to your account, such as tuition, housing, tours, additional course charges, etc. Online payment is also available through your Student Gateway account.

Note that invoices will not be mailed to you and are only available on your Student Gateway account. The program payment schedule must be followed in order for USAC to finalize program arrangements, such as housing. Refer to your USAC Program Fees and Options form (also available on Student Gateway) for exact payment deadlines.

Students who enroll in yearlong programs must pay the total fee for the first semester on or before the balance due date for the first semester. Also, 25% of the second semester must be paid on or before October 15th (unless otherwise noted in the Program Fees and Options form for the program to which you are applying). However, the final payment due date may be deferred until the financial aid is disbursed if students send USAC their financial aid acceptance award letter on/before the balance due date (Note: the position hold payment can not be waived or deferred under any circumstance unless your home school pays USAC directly on your behalf). A payment plan is available. Please contact the USAC Finance Department for details.

If your home university pays all or partial USAC fees on your behalf, then those fees will not be reflected on your Student Gateway account statement. Contact the USAC Finance Department for questions and details.
