Payment and Billing Schedule

Payment deadlines are outlined in each program section, however once you have enrolled, your Student Gateway account will become your resource for documents regarding deadlines, invoices and transactions related to items such as tuition, housing, tours, additional course charges, etc. You will be able to make online payments through your account as well. The program payment schedule/deadlines must be followed in order for USAC to finalize program arrangements, such as housing. If your home university pays all or partial USAC fees on your behalf, then those fees will not be reflected on your Gateway account statement. Contact the USAC Accounting Department for questions and details.

If you are receiving financial aid and submit your financial aid acceptance award letter to USAC on/before the balance due date, you may be able to defer your final payment. (Note: the position hold payment cannot be waived or deferred under any circumstance unless your home university pays USAC directly on your behalf). If full payment or proof of an accepted financial award letter is not received by the balance due deadline, USAC has the right to cancel your participation in the program.
